i have a small block right now for my truck but something been tellin me to drop a 6.0L short block with some L92 heads which come stock on some trucks and Vetts... these heads are free flowing i for the CFM to be exact but iv seen quit a few sets already and even seen a runnin motor with them on... convinced me well i can say the only thing i would need is a GM carb conversion and a ford front mount dist... to make it work in my truck... i of course need to yet get a block and crank and the stock crank will handle up to 800 hp... which is more than ill need unless i decide to blow the motor and say screw a hood!! wat u guys think???? i can get more hp for less with the 6.0 less money and less mods inside the motor i have to do...

Sounds like you made up your mind already, I say enjoy the truck for a bit save up and build a sick 6.0 for next session then drop that bad boy in
